Shipping Instructions:
- For in-stock items, orders will be shipped approximately 2-3 business days after placing the order (excluding the day of ordering). Excluding holidays/definition of working days: Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.
- Delivery is available from Monday to Friday, with no delivery on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Time slots cannot be specified, so please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate.
- During peak holiday seasons or in case of natural disasters beyond our control, there may be delays in shipping.
- For Home Delivery: Actual delivery arrangements will depend on the route arranged by the delivery driver.
- For Convenience Store Pickup: Please pay attention to the arrival SMS, and pick up the goods within seven days after arrival. Failure to pick up the goods without notice may affect the use of payment by store pickup in the future.
